LNB ATM/VISA Debit Card Instructions:

How can I change my PIN (Personal Identification Number)? 

    Your PIN can only be changed on your VISA Debit Card.  You may do this by visiting any of our LNB branch ATMs and choosing to change your PIN at the ATM.  Your card must be activated before you can change your PIN.
 

I have received a New or Replacement Card.

    You must activate your card at any LNB branch ATM.  You can simply do a balance inquiry at the ATM to activate your card.

I need to report a lost or stolen card. 

    Please call 1-800-754-4128 or your local LNB branch.
NOTE: LNB will never request a customer's personal, confidential information (bank card number, account number, social security number, personal identification number (PIN) or password) through email .  If you should ever receive an email requesting your personal, confidential information that appears to be from LNB, do not respond to the email and contact LNB immediately at (315)946-4871.
