GENEVA, NY- LNB (Lyons National Bank) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kate Decker to Branch Manager of its Geneva Office.

As Branch Manager and Banking Officer, Decker will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Branch as well as customer service management.

Decker began her career with LNB in 2004 as a teller at LNB’s Penn Yan Office, was promoted to a customer service representative in 2005, and was then promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and Banking Officer in 2010 of LNB’s Geneva Office.

Decker won the WOW! Employee of the Month award in July of 2013. She is Treasurer of Geneva Reads as well as Treasurer and Coach of the Penn Yan Junior Mustangs Cheerleaders.

Kate resides in Penn Yan with her husband Steve, and their two children, Natalie and Owen.
