Coronavirus (COVID-19) LNB Response and Readiness Plan

There is no higher priority for LNB than the health and well-being of our employees and our customers. We are monitoring the evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) that includes guidance from entities such as The World Health Organization (WHO) and The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other authorities.

Our goal is to continue to provide banking services, with the personal customer service we are known for, while still managing a proactive plan to mitigate risks to our staff and our customers.

To do so, the following steps have been taken at our branches and offices:

  • We have a dedicated response team that is managing and monitoring, on an ongoing basis, the CDC’s best practices across the Bank.
  • We have established enhanced cleaning procedures in all of our branches, offices, and public spaces.
    All staff have been educated on practicing enhanced hygiene techniques.
  • Staff travel, both business and personal, has been significantly reduced in an effort to lessen potential risk to employees and customers.
  • Any employee who is feeling ill, or that has family members that are ill, are instructed to stay home.
  • LNB has enacted measures to assist our employees in maintaining their compensation due to absences from work.

All LNB branches are currently open. I would, however, encourage you to consider utilizing our other convenient options of banking detailed below and to take advantage of the multiple avenues to assist you in doing so. Our goal is to keep everyone safe, while still fully meeting our customers’ needs.

As we react to the ever-changing landscape, we may adjust our staffing resources and in-branch services. We will continue to update and modify our plan as warranted, so please look to our website for any changes. Use our branch locator for the latest status of your local office.

LNB has been serving our community for 168 years, and we will continue to be here to meet your personal and/or business banking needs. Additional Banking Options

Bank from home using online and mobile banking. LNB’s online and mobile banking allow you to access your accounts, deposit checks using your smartphone, make payments using online and mobile bill pay and transfer funds between accounts.

If you are not currently enrolled, we are happy to help you. Contact your local branch to speak with a branch representative with questions. You may also visit our video tutorials that outline the features of Online and Mobile Banking in our website’s Education Center.

Use our Full-Service ATMs. Our ATM locator will help you find the ATM closest to you. Please know that we are cleaning our ATMs regularly to minimize health risks to our customers.

Stay in your car using our drive-up window service. Access the same great personal service from the convenience of your car at any of our branches, with the exception of our Auburn Downtown and Lyons Main offices.

Use Zelle® Person-to-Person Payments. Zelle® is a convenient way to send money to the people you know using the LNB Mobile Banking App or Online Banking account. Click the link to learn more about Zelle®.

Business Cash Management and Remote Deposit Services are available to help you securely conduct your business banking needs from your place of business.
