COVID-19 Update Regarding Branch Operations
We continue to monitor and respond to information from the nation’s top health advisors, placing our employees and customers at the center of everything we do. As we have all heard, social distancing will play an important role in minimizing the spread of the coronavirus, so in addition to the measures we have already taken, we are taking the following steps to protect the health of our employees, customers, and communities:
- Effective Saturday, March 21, our branches will be servicing our customers through our branch drive-ups exclusively. All branch locations will remain operational, with the exception of Lyons Main and Auburn Downtown, where drive-up window service is not available. Enhanced drive-up service will be available at our other 13 branches across our branch footprint with staff ready to assist you. These branches will also have staff ready to assist you by phone during normal business hours.
In addition to our branches, LNB offers a wide variety of banking services that will help you manage your banking needs, including online banking, mobile banking, mobile deposit, ATMs and Zelle®. For online information about these services, visit our website’s Education Center and as always, please call your local branch if you need assistance with any of these services.
We know that speaking with your trusted banking advisors may be essential, especially during these unprecedented times. Professionals in our mortgage, commercial lending, and financial services areas are available to speak with you by phone, email, or by appointment as circumstances allow. Please be aware that cyber-criminal activities can increase during turbulent times. LNB will never contact you and ask you to provide your:
- Full Social Security or account numbers
- Online banking account username or password

Additional Banking Options
Bank from home using online and mobile banking. LNB’s online and mobile banking allow you to access your accounts, deposit checks using your smartphone, make payments using online and mobile bill pay and transfer funds between accounts.
If you are not currently enrolled, we are happy to help you. Contact your local branch to speak with a branch representative with questions. You may also visit our video tutorials that outline the features of Online and Mobile Banking in our website’s Education Center.
Use our Full-Service ATMs. Our ATM locator will help you find the ATM closest to you. Please know that we are cleaning our ATMs regularly to minimize health risks to our customers.
Stay in your car using our drive-up window service. Access the same great personal service from the convenience of your car at any of our branches, with the exception of our Auburn Downtown and Lyons Main offices.
Use Zelle® Person-to-Person Payments. Zelle® is a convenient way to send money to the people you know using the LNB Mobile Banking App or Online Banking account. Click the link to learn more about Zelle®.
